7: Resilience

baseball-faceplant copy

Mistakes happen. I know…I wish I could tell you that there is a way to guarantee a perfect performance, but such performances only come around a few times in one’s career, if at all. But that’s ok! The goal should not be to play perfectly anyhow, but to play optimally. And performing optimally requires being able to pay mistakes no mind. To keep playing past the little imperfections and glitches as if they didn’t happen.

I know that sounds impossible, but in this lesson, you’ll learn a strategy that will help you replace your unhelpful response to mistakes with one that will help you recover faster in any situation – no matter what happens!
